Returns & Refunds

1. Returns
We are happy to refund all unopened goods returned to us within 3 days from ordering of the goods. Please note that we cannot refund the delivery costs, when you send an item back. Any returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. In order to return any goods, please follow these steps:

Step 1
Let us know by emailing info@antiageprescription.com and include your order number, provided in the documentation accompanying your order, together with details of the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

Step 2
We will reply to your email and confirm the address to which the package should be returned. Please then complete the returns form that accompanied your order and return it together with the goods to the address that we will provide you.

Please retain your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. All goods must be wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

Step 3
We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We will ensure that you are refunded by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.

2. Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime within 3 working days of ordering your goods. We must be notified notify, by email, of returns within 3 working days. Please email us at info@antiageprescription.com to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmatory email of the cancellation saying that we have received your email and we are cancelling your order. It is your full responsability check for this email and please email us again immediately if you are not receiving it.  If you won’t receive our response email, it means that your email hasn’t reached us, therefore we won’t cancel your oder and the good will be despatched to you. After 3 working days form your ordering, you won’t be able to make any cancellation and you will have no rights to a refund.
